Who are we looking for?

We are always interested to hear from people with functional and configurational Workday experience. We also recruit for IT Project Managers, HR/Business Analysts and Integrations Consultants.

In addition, we often train up Junior Consultants who come from other backgrounds. As we are 100% remote, our consultants can be based anywhere in the world.

Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process matches the unique nature of our business. As the most important part of your role would be to manage your time, tasks and relationship with your client and team remotely, our candidates go through a unique recruitment process to measure this ability.

Our interviews are conducted via video calls; allowing us to assess candidates’ remote communication and collaboration skills effectively, ensuring they are well-suited to our remote work environment.

HR Introductory Meeting

The first stage is an HR Introductory Meeting; it’s not just an introduction to us, but also an opportunity for you to shine and present your unique skills and experiences. During this conversation, we’re eager to get to know you better, understand your background, and assess your general suitability for the role you’ve applied for. It’s a chance for you to introduce yourself, share your aspirations, and learn more about our company culture and values. We look forward to a fruitful discussion that will help us both determine if there’s a perfect fit between you and the exciting opportunities at VirtualResource.

Online Assessments

The next stage will then be required to complete a series of psychometric and personality tests that will help us understand your traits and skill set more in-depth. You will be provided your results once you have completed the assessments.

Skills Interview

After assessment completion, we will arrange a skills-based interview with either one of our Subject Matter Experts, Project Leads or Customer Success Managers. The focus is primarily on evaluating a candidate’s specific abilities, competencies, and qualifications relevant to the job they are applied for; to gather any outstanding information, and for candidates matching the desired profile to discuss next steps to get you signed up and deployed to your project assignment.
