Our end-to-end solutions focus on customer experience and automation that delivers rapid adoption globally and locally.

We supply experienced client-side technical, Process, Change, Learning and HR service delivery support during your deployment, working as part of your project team and closely with your implementation partner(s).

For clients that are already live with Workday, we enable end to end implementation of additional modules And enhancements as the system matures. We also support embedding the change.

Our Deployment Approach

Our approach is to leverage a hybrid methodology that powers strong governance and phases combined with an agile model during the design and early build phase. This will allow clients to preview a prototype and ensure direction of travel is aligned prior to design being locked. This approach is built on focusing on the end user experience, ensuring the technology is configured to enable the business process not define the constraints. We embed user-experience design thinking from Day1, ensuring that at each phase there are check points for users to validate the design.
