Meet the Transformation leadership team

Rick and Matt first crossed paths in 2018 while working on a Phase 1 Workday HCM deployment. Over the years, they collaborated on multiple projects, gaining deep expertise across various Workday modules (incl. HCM, Finance and 10+ different SKUs). They were both involved in multiple initial Extend deployments in 2018. With a combined 20 years of Workday experience, they played key roles in Extend services and BoW practices for major Workday partners.
Seeing their shared vision and passion for innovation, VirtualResource invited Rick and Matt to join forces in building a cutting-edge VR company, expanding their already successful Workday HCM practice with top-tier Workday extend and Build on Workday solutions.
And that’s how Incubane started.
