Meet the Transformation leadership team

Rick en Matt kruisten voor het eerst elkaars pad in 2018 tijdens een Phase 1 Workday HCM-implementatie. In de jaren daarna werkten ze samen aan meerdere projecten en verwierven ze diepgaande expertise in diverse Workday-modules (waaronder HCM, Finance en meer dan 10 verschillende SKU’s). Beiden waren betrokken bij meerdere vroege Extend-implementaties in 2018. Met samen 20 jaar Workday-ervaring speelden ze een sleutelrol in Extend-diensten en BoW-praktijken bij toonaangevende Workday-partners.
Toen VirtualResource hun gedeelde visie en passie voor innovatie zag, nodigde het Rick en Matt uit om de krachten te bundelen in de opbouw van een toonaangevend VR-bedrijf. Daarmee breidden ze hun al succesvolle Workday HCM-praktijk uit met hoogwaardige Workday Extend- en Build on Workday-oplossingen.
En zo is Incubane ontstaan.
