Our client utilized Workday Prism with existing data sets but faced a challenge in building out these sets to facilitate seamless reporting for their quarterly business reviews<\/strong> (QBR). Additionally, the client faced capacity constraints to incorporate external benchmark data into their analytics and build out the desired Reporting & Analytics suit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Requirements Gathering:<\/strong> Engaged with business leaders to understand their specific needs and requirements for QBR content.<\/p>

    Analytics Build List:<\/strong> Agreed upon a comprehensive analytics build list, encompassing custom reports, dashboards, new prism data sets, and integration of external benchmark data.<\/p>

    Execution:<\/strong> Built out the capabilities, maintaining an agile method of working to bring in changes\/amendments swiftly. Conducting extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and functionality of the end product.<\/p>

    Deployment:<\/strong> Implemented the design live in Workday, with collaboration from the internal team, creating a user-friendly interface for seamless navigation and successful go live.<\/p>

    Knowledge Transfer:<\/strong> Provided a detailed knowledge transfer document to empower the client’s Business-As-Usual (BAU) team with the intricacies of the new design.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    New Prism Data Sets:<\/strong> Designed and implemented new prism data sets to enhance data granularity and depth.<\/p>

    External Benchmark Data Integration:<\/strong> Included external benchmark data, allowing the client to benchmark KPIs against industry standards.<\/p>

    Scalable and Adaptive Solution:<\/strong> Delivered a robust solution capable of adapting to changing business needs while maintaining scalability.<\/p>

    On-Time and Within Scope:<\/strong> Completed the project within the stipulated timeframe and budget, meeting project scope requirements.<\/p>

    Comprehensive Analytics Suite:<\/strong> A suite of approximately 50 metrics targeted to provide a holistic view of HR analytics, all built within 1 dashboard containing 36 individual reports.<\/p>
