Meet the Transformation leadership team

Rick et Matt se sont rencontrés pour la première fois en 2018 lors d’un déploiement Phase 1 de Workday HCM. Au fil des années, ils ont collaboré sur de nombreux projets, acquérant une expertise approfondie sur divers modules Workday (y compris HCM, Finance et plus de 10 autres offres). Ils ont tous deux participé aux premiers déploiements d’Extend en 2018. Avec 20 ans d’expérience Workday cumulés, ils ont joué un rôle clé dans les services Extend et les pratiques Built on Workday pour de grands partenaires Workday.
Reconnaissant leur vision commune et leur passion pour l’innovation, VirtualResource a invité Rick et Matt à unir leurs forces pour créer une entreprise VR de pointe, enrichissant leur pratique Workday HCM déjà florissante avec des solutions Workday Extend et Built on Workday de haut niveau.
C’est ainsi qu’est née Incubane.
